HBI was founded by Garth Schmalenberg in 2002 as a Management Consulting organization. Through a gradual evolution of our services, we've gained experience and skills in coaching people in leadership and professional roles. Our experiences led us to the specialization in areas related to development of advanced leadership, relationship skills and the leadership of technical organizations. Our approach combines training, coaching and faciliation using a variety of methodologies and philosophies, each of which helps our clients in increasing their businesses value, improving their relationships and creating positive organizational changes through leadership development.
More recent enhancements in our approach allowed us to incorporate new coaching methodologies such as ORSC (Organizational Relationship and Systems Coaching) and a variety of other tools which proved to be of value to relationships of all types including those within large organizations, family businesses, partnerships, and even couples and families.
As a result of these enhancements, HBI now offers a full scope of services related to relationship development including the following:
