The goal for us as executive coaches is not necessarily to be experts on specific Sustainability practices, although we stay very involved and are well informed on the subject. There are already many experts on sustainable practices such as sustainability reporting and implementing energy efficient equipment.

Our goal as Executive Coaches is to assist our clients in the more difficult task of making behavioral transitions from non-sustainable practices to sustainable practices. We work with the leadership to develop an organizational cultures that naturally prospers from sustainabity efforts. Our expertise lies in our ability to work with the executive of the organization, to draw upon it's creative ability, to develop new stratgies, and to inspirie creativity and a culture of service within the organization. As with all executive coaching we help our clients to question current assumptions and to become leaders in their industry or sector. We share concepts, ideas, tools and tips on how to create organizations that will be around for the long term and which aspire to become more than they currently are.
