Sustainability Workshop Print E-mail
The Sustainability Workshop helps your team leaders to learn new ways of working with employees to help them develop qualities for a more sustainable organization. The workshop includes all the areas identified in the Sustainability Assessment or other areas which have been identified as key drivers to your organizational development. The workshop incorporates at least some of the following developmental areas, looks at practical applications and exercises for advancing the level of conscious leadership:

    • Values in Leadership

  • Leadership Style, Development and Succession

The Workshop is normally proceded by at least the self-assessment found in the SD Leadership Challenge. The full Sustainability Assessment involves discussion with company executive around factors of sustainability and leadership and works with company leaders to set initial goals and quantitative measures to ensure an increase in leadership capacity in your areas of greatest concern.
