You've reflected, experienced, observed and envisioned. You've found a need, seen a new future in your mind's eye and refined your thoughts until your vision was crystal clear. You know exactly what you are striving to achieve. You know exactly where you are going. You have passion, conviction and motivation toward your future. Sharing a vision is about describing to others what we have in mind and finding those who are willing to support our efforts. We talk about it with others, we describe what's in our mind. We send out consistent messages with clarity and passion. We strike a cord which resonates in others and find that they share or are willing to support our beliefs and goals. Whether in a company setting or in a home setting, the degree to which we are able to influence others and have them support us depends greatly on how others relate to us. Getting them on board requires a deep understanding of their perspective and how your vision impacts them. It requires a clear understanding of how others fit in your vision and how you fit in their vision. Sharing of Vision is a two way street. When a company leader has a powerful life vision which is in sync with the vision of his company, employees, customers, suppliers and partners, synergies are possible for all parties. When a partnership or family is able to share a vision, their differences become assets rather than liabilities. Coaching from HBI facilitates the process of sharing a vision. A shared Vision is a tremendous source of motivation, focus, alignment and results. Powerful Visions are communicated in powerful words, consistent decisions and committed actions. |
