Great companies get the right team "on the bus"According to "Good to Great" by Jim Collins, companies that consistently outperform are those who have the right team. Assessment of new hires is crucial to the process of creating the right team. Once hired, all team members can become better team members if the right development path is chosen. Development of hard-skills and soft-skills are both essential. We use our own SD Strategic Leadership Assessment to look at the leadership approach to the organization along with assessment tools such as "Assess" to identify core personality traits and performance characteristics on individual leaders. We assess both in the selection phase and in the creation of development plans for key organizational leaders and managers. Profiles are developed and compared against validated psychological success profiles showing strengths and weaknesses of candidates in the Executive/Management realms and uses these profiles for selection and for the creation of personal development plans. These individual are then coached to ensure optimum development and regularly reviewed against commitments. "Salesmax", "Select" and Skillscope are used to assist organizations in Selection of Sales and Administrative help.
