OpenAgile Workshop

"What I had hoped to gain from this workshop were tools to become a leader with a gentle style. I didn't expect that I would learn how to use "individual responsiblity" instead of traditionally trying to get others to "buy in". I learned a new method of powersharing and succession planning. I have always been uncomfortable with autocratic/traditional leadership methods and the OpenAgile method is the solution.

Conflict vs. Creativity Workshop
