Working towards a unified, sustainable organization requires a shift in vision that incorporates both the functional vision of the organization, in other words, "What does the organization look like?", a societal view of the organization, "What does the organization contribute?" and an internal vision of the organization which anticipates and supports the shift and personal growth of each employee. We view our role as advisers and coaches who engender a deeper understanding of how employees are motivated, who assist company leaders to incorporate concepts of unity, wisdom and sustainability into the company vision and who guide a process of follow-up and reflection which lead to a more productive and higher quality working environment. Organizations have the capability to do more than just develop product expertise and knowledge. They can build the capacity to create a profound sense of collective wisdom through the collective and shared understanding of each employee and their leaders. Organizations can build unity by developing skills of collective effort, positive communication and cooperative learning. The members of the organization learn to work together with "unconscious-competence".
