Garth is, above all else, dedicated to assisting others develop their unique capacities and contributions to the world through their leadership skills, their personal aspirations and their relationships with others and the environment. He has coached top level executives and political leaders and worked with businesses across the globe. He is a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC), an Organizational Systems and Relationship Coach (ORSC), a Keynote speaker and he has a long history of faciliating learning programs which target a deeper understanding of building a new culture. While sharing leadership concepts he also broadens awareness about building for future generations. His work is primarily targetted at organizational leaders who want to reach the next level in their personal and organizational development. His goal is to help clients implement a long term sustainable pattern of development for their organizations, their employees, their customers, their personal lives, their relationships and their environment.

Garth is known for his "innovative thinking", his warm presentation style, his empathetic and compassionate approach to coaching and his ability to mentor clients while they navigate difficult life and business transitions.

A former Managing Director for Atos Origin, Garth headed up the North American Technology and Support services. In his work he has travelled internatiionally to Europe, Asia, South America and extensively in North America. He has worked with colleagues, associates and clients from various cultures and developed an international team. Garth operated from the premise that success would naturally follow development of talent, personal capacity, and implementation of best practices. Through development of effective teams, ensuring continuous training and by implementing processes for all aspects of business, he ensured continued excellence of results and developed a reputation of integrity with company executive, staff and customers.

As a follow up to his successful leadership experiences, Garth began to share his skills and successes with others through his coaching. He has coached, trained and mentored Executives, Business Owners, Managers, Project Managers, medical professionals, families, couples and other coaches. His work with clients through coaching, meeting facilitation, and class training has led to significant development of their skills, improvement in their communications and in the development of attitudes of service and pro-activeness.
