Antidepressants may increase suicidal thoughts or behaviors in some children, teenagers, and young adults, especially within the first few months of treatment or when the dose is changed. Depression and other serious mental illnesses are themselves associated with an increase in the risk of suicide. Patients on antidepressants and their families or caregivers should watch for new or worsening depression symptoms, unusual changes in behavior, or thoughts of suicide.
Doxycycline is a molecule of the cyclin family that works as an antibiotic by slowing the growth of bacteria in the body. It is a semi-synthetic tetracycline that was developed in the early 60s by Pfizer Inc. and marketed under the name Vibramycin, approved by the FDA in 1967. It was the first broad-spectrum daily antibiotic created and proved to be effective against intracellular bacteria.

 

Topiramate (brand name Topamax) is an anticonvulsant (antiepilepsy) drug. It was originally produced by Ortho-McNeil Neurologics and Noramco, Inc., both divisions of Johnson & Johnson. It was discovered in 1979 by Bruce E. Maryanoff and Joseph F. Gardocki during their research work at McNeil Pharmaceutical.
Clomifene (INN) or clomiphene (USAN and former BAN) or Clomid or Clomifert is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) that increases production of gonadotropins by inhibiting negative feedback on the hypothalamus. It is used mainly for ovarian stimulation in female infertility due to anovulation (e.g., due to polycystic ovary syndrome). Clomiphene citrate is marketed under various trade names including Clomid, Serophene, and Milophene.
